K-12 Students: Nine-week program
For younger students, Step By Step offers a nine-week program with Executive Function Coach Nancy Chin that includes nine weekly student coaching sessions and two parent consultations. Student coaching sessions last 50 minutes. Parent consultations last 80 minutes and occur at the start and near the end of the K-12 nine-week program. Parents meet with Nancy initially to discuss their child’s academic history, strengths and challenges, as well as their concerns and expectations, and then later to gauge the student’s progress.
College/Graduate Students and Professionals: 11-week program
For older students and professionals, Nancy offers an 11-week program consisting of one consultation and ten coaching sessions. Consultation last 80 minutes and coaching sessions last 50 minutes. Clients meet with Nancy weekly.
Additional Services
Nancy also offers consulting services including:
- School visit/teacher consultation for K-12 students
- K-12 parent consultation
- Short-term personal coaching
Fees, Payment and Cancellation Policy
Please contact Nancy to discuss program fees. Payment is due in full at the first session of either the nine- or 11-week program. For any other services, payment is due at the time of service. A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid being charged for the full session.
